RTM Cards is back with a Twist
Last seen in the 2018 mega-auction, the Right-To-Match (RTM) card returns with a big change. Although teams can still match the winning bid to return their players, the winning bidder now has one last chance to raise their bid without a cap. The original team may use their RTM by matching the price, for instance, if a player is purchased for Rs. 10 crore but if the winning team raises the bid even higher say, to Rs. 15 crore the original team will have to make another decision at the new price.
