Is anything being done for those of us, I know at least 25 myself , that were not able to complete the claim due to getting kicked off for “Security & Safety”?
I tried to upload my proof on the claim site it kept taking me back the beginning of the claim and I could never finish it

App and when I did I was him to right in front of me take my money put in in Bitcoin and that was over 500 dollars not to mention some sold my cash app and then when I try to find out why going on with my account they closed and know I can’t even have a cash because of some body else
Tried to contact cash app to get my account statements I was told I was unable to get them. They closed my account on me for no reason and would not tell me why. I told them I have a right to know and they just kept saying to read there rules and terms. Well the only thing I used it for was to put money on and pay my bills so I am completely confused why closed my account and still to this day will not tell me why!!! And will not let me access my account statements! Called about 8 times this last month and they would not tell me then they would call my phone multiple times and it was a answering stating the call volume is high and they would contact me and never once did they!

I tried submitting a claim and I have two cash app accounts and I ended up emailing them verifying that I couldn’t and sent them my application directly for them to first tell me that I couldn’t be processed to second tell me that they couldn’t find it to third tell me that everything was legit and I was good to go I’ve lost a lot of money through cash app since 2018 on the inside of opening my account I’ve also had numerous transactions that I have not placed on my account and funds taken from me unlawfully and unauthorized to never be replaced I currently had to file for unauthorized charge and they shut down my debit card completely and will not allow me to obtain another one but allow me to get money deposited into the account and me to send money to other people as well as other accounts which gets my SSA check deposited in every month… I have experienced nothing but stress hardship and hassle at least every other month or more for quite sometime I even had a business account that I needed and was forced to shut it down due to their mixed up not mine and they refused to fix it so I had to go back to a personal account which cost me even more out of pocket expenses….
